Rosemary Potatoes

Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
6 red potatoes
1/3 cup vegetable broth
1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion salt
Directions:
1. Scrub red potatoes and then stick a fork into each side of the potato.
2. Put a 1/2 inch of water in a 8x8 glass baking dish and put all 6 potatoes in the dish.
3. Microwave potatoes on high for 18 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients.
6. When potatoes are done, drain any remaining water from the glass baking dish.
7. Chop the potatoes into quarters or sixths and spread out in glass baking dish. With a spoon, evenly spread the contents of the small bowl over the potatoes.
8. Put the potatoes in the oven for approximately 5 minutes to bake.
9. Enjoy!
