Green Goddess Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
4-5 average sized garlic cloves
1 cup fresh green onion
1 cup fresh parsley
5 Tbsp. tahini
4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbsp. miso
2/3 cup water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. In a food processor, pulse garlic, onion and parsley.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Add more water if necessary, will thicken as it sits.
