Veggie Burgers II

Ingredients:
2 15 oz. cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 small onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
egg replacer for 2 eggs
4 Tbsp. salsa
1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
- In a large bowl mash black beans with a fork.
- Add rice, onions, garlic, egg replacer and salsa and mix thoroughly.
- Add bread crumbs so the burgers will stick together better. You may need to add more than 1/2 cup.
- Form into 8 patties and then cook in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
