Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
5 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. sriracha (optional)
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 cup cold water
Directions:
1. Mix all but last two ingredients in a sauce pan (no corn starch or 1/4 cup of water).
2. Separately mix corn starch and 1/4 cup of water in a small bowl.
3. Heat the ingredients in step #1 until they are warm.
4. Add water and corn starch mixture and then heat, stirring frequently, on med-high heat until sauce has thickened.
