Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
1 pkg. extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground curry
Instructions:
Notes: You can add vegetables to make it even better (i.e. bell pepper, onion, mushroom, etc.) and cook with the tofu.

Instructions:
- Make sure to press tofu to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Combine all dry ingredients into a medium size bowl and whisk together well.
- Crumble pressed tofu into bowl with your hand and then mix well with the dry ingredients coating the tofu well.
- Cook over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally so tofu doesn't burn.
