A question I get frequently and I just got it again in an email is, "Why no fish?"
There is lots of information out there to suggest that fish is a healthier meat than chicken or beef but the question becomes, does that mean it's healthy? I found two different articles (both from Dr. John McDougall) that address the dangers in fish. Check the articles out:
