Pad Thai
Ingredients:
1 pkg. udon noodles
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. sweet red chili asian sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. Siracha

You can also stir fry any asian vegetables to top of your Pad Thai (example, onion bell pepper, broccoli, bean sprouts, etc.)

- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- In a smalll bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients.
- Taste and add more hot sauce if desired.
