Brown Gravy
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup whole wheat white flour
2 cups soy milk
2 cups vegetable broth
3 Tbsp. Tamari
2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:

Directions:
- In a large non-stick skillet toast nutritional yeast and flour for about 4-5 min on medium heat.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil until it reaches desired thickness.
