I've been needing some little thing to have after my meals to satisfy my sweet tooth. I found a neat little recipe from cooks.com that fit the bill nicely. I had to make a few adjustments to the recipe, but the cookies came out great! Well, they're not my grandmother's oatmeal raisin cookies, but they're not bad. Certainly easy to make. AND, I feel so much less guilty eating them! Thanks for sharing the recipe, Todd.

I've tried using Splenda (or the equivalent of) but the sweetness disappears after cooking. Can I use honey instead?
