Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (or two cloves)
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 15 oz. garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Braggs aminos
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Instructions:
- Chop garlic and parsley in food processor (make sure to scrape sides)
- Drain garbanzo beans (save liquid)
- Add beans to food processor
- Add lemon juice, braggs, cumin and paprika
- Add approx. 1/2 cup garbanzo bean fluid to make hummus more spreadable.
